Booking process
- Choose your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.
- Select a room and review the total, including taxes.
- Pay online, or choose pay at the hotel where that option is offered.
- You will receive a booking voucher by email once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you booked. The applicable policy is shown before payment and on your voucher. Cancellations must be made through this website or by contacting the hotel.
No-show
If you do not arrive on the check-in date and do not cancel, the first night may be charged.
Changes
Date and room changes are subject to availability and may be charged at the current rate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
